Fahrenheit to celsius formula

°C = (°F − 32) × 5/9

Subtract 32 from the Fahrenheit temperature.
Multiply the result by 5/9 (about 0.5556). That is the temperature in Celsius.

Example: 77 °F − 32 = 45, then 45 × 5/9 = 25 °C.

Reverse formula (Celsius to Fahrenheit): °F = °C × 9/5 + 32. Example: 20 °C × 1.8 + 32 = 68 °F.

Quick mental shortcut: subtract 30 and halve it. 80 °F → (80 − 30) ÷ 2 ≈ 25 °C (exact: 26.67 °C). It is close enough for weather.
