Online Image Viewer
Open almost any image file right in your browser, including formats that Windows or your phone cannot preview: HEIC, TIFF, Photoshop PSD, camera RAW, AVIF, ICO, TGA and more. Zoom to single pixels, read exact colors, check camera EXIF data and flip through a folder as a slideshow.

How to use the Online Image Viewer
- Open images: press Open images, drop files onto the page or paste from the clipboard. Select several files to browse them.
- Zoom and pan: scroll or pinch to zoom around the cursor, drag to move, double-click to zoom in, press Fit or 1:1 (keys 0 and 1).
- Inspect colors: move over the image to read the HEX and RGB value of the pixel under the cursor; click to pin a pixel and Copy HEX.
- Check the details in the File and EXIF panels: format, dimensions, decoder used, camera, lens, exposure settings and GPS location.
- Browse with the arrows or the thumbnail strip, press Start slideshow, or go full screen (F).
- Save a copy with Download as PNG or JPG, which also converts HEIC, TIFF, PSD and RAW files, including any rotation you applied.

Reading EXIF exposure data
- Shutter speed (for example 1/250 s) is how long the sensor was exposed; faster freezes motion.
- Aperture (f-number, for example f/2.8) is the lens opening; smaller numbers let in more light and blur the background more.
- ISO is the sensor sensitivity; higher values brighten dark scenes but add noise.
- Focal length in 35 mm lets you compare lenses across cameras and phones: about 24-28 mm is wide angle, 50 mm normal, 85 mm and above telephoto.
- GPS coordinates reveal where a photo was taken. Check them before sharing photos publicly.
Frequently asked questions
Which image formats can this online viewer open?
Everything modern browsers display (JPG, PNG, animated GIF and APNG, WebP, AVIF, BMP, ICO, CUR and SVG), plus formats that need special decoding: HEIC/HEIF, TIFF, Photoshop PSD and PSB, camera RAW files such as CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, DNG, ORF, RW2 and RAF, TGA, and PPM/PGM. JPEG XL opens in browsers that support it natively, such as Safari 17 and later.
How are RAW files displayed?
Almost every camera RAW file contains a full-size JPEG preview made by the camera. The viewer finds the largest embedded JPEG and shows it, which looks like the photo on the camera screen. It does not develop the raw sensor data, so white balance or exposure cannot be changed here.
How are PSD files displayed?
Photoshop saves a flattened copy of the whole document (the merged composite) when Maximize Compatibility is on, which is the default. The viewer decodes that composite, so you see the document exactly as it looks with all visible layers. Individual layers are not shown separately.
Are my images uploaded?
No. Files are read and decoded by JavaScript in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server. Only for HEIC files in browsers without native HEIC support is a decoder library downloaded once from a public CDN; your photo itself still stays on your device.
What does the pixel inspector show?
The exact color of the pixel under the cursor as a HEX code, RGB values and alpha (transparency), plus its x and y position in the original image. Zoom past 1200% to see a pixel grid; click a pixel to pin it so you can copy its HEX value.
Why is there no EXIF data for my photo?
Many apps and websites, including most social networks and messaging apps, remove EXIF data when you share a photo, and screenshots, PNG and GIF files usually have none. Photos straight from a camera or phone normally include camera, exposure and often GPS data.
Can I convert the image with this viewer?
Yes. Download as PNG keeps full quality and transparency, and Download as JPG creates a smaller file with a white background. Any rotation or flip you applied is included, which makes the viewer a quick way to convert HEIC, TIFF, PSD or RAW previews.
