The target is the date you enter at midnight, or at the time you set, in your device's time zone. The countdown is the difference between that moment and now. Your date and name are stored only in this browser, and the share link carries them in the address (?d=, ?t=, ?n=). For 24 hours after the moment the page celebrates; after that, pick a new date.
