Paste CSV data or open a .csv file and get a tidy, printable PDF table. Column widths, text wrapping and page breaks are handled for you, and the header row repeats on every page. Everything runs in your browser.

How to use the CSV to PDF
Open a CSV file by dropping it on the box, or paste CSV text into the editor (a sample table is loaded so you can try it).
Check the delimiter. Auto-detect handles commas, semicolons, tabs and pipes; untick First row is a header if your data has no column names.
Choose the layout: page size, orientation, font size, margins, and whether long text wraps or is cut off.
Flip through the preview to see exactly where page breaks fall.
Press Download PDF to save the table as a PDF file named after your CSV.
How the table is laid out
The converter measures every cell with the exact character widths of the Helvetica font used in the PDF, so the preview matches the downloaded file. Layout follows a few simple rules:
Column widths start from the widest value in each column. Narrow columns (IDs, dates, quantities) keep their natural width and the remaining space is shared by the wide text columns, so short columns are never squeezed to make room for long descriptions.
Orientation set to Auto stays in portrait when the table fits and switches to landscape when it does not.
Wrapping breaks long text at spaces; a single very long word or URL is split by characters. Choose Cut off with … to keep every row one line high instead.
Page breaks never split a row across two pages. With Repeat header on, each page starts with the column names.
Numbers: a column where at least 80% of the values look like numbers, prices or percentages is right-aligned so decimals line up.
How many rows fit on a page?
Each single-line row is about 2 × the font size tall (1.25 × for the line plus padding). These are the counts for single-line rows with normal (0.5 inch) margins, a header row and page numbers:

Rows with wrapped text take more space, so the page counter above the preview always shows the real number of pages.
CSV format tips
Fields that contain the delimiter, quotes or line breaks must be wrapped in double quotes, and a quote inside a field is written twice: "Laptop stand, 15""". This is the standard RFC 4180 format that Excel, Google Sheets and databases export.
Files are read as UTF-8. If a file is not valid UTF-8 (older Excel exports on Windows), it is read as Windows-1252 so accented letters still appear correctly.
Excel in many European locales saves CSV files with semicolons. Auto-detect handles this, or pick the delimiter yourself.
Empty trailing columns, often left by a trailing comma on every line, are dropped automatically.
Frequently asked questions
How do I convert a CSV file to PDF?
Open the CSV file in the box above or paste its contents, adjust the page size and orientation if needed, then press Download PDF. The table is laid out into pages with the header row repeated on each page and saved as a PDF to your device.
Does the header row repeat on every page?
Yes, when First row is a header and Repeat header on every page are ticked (both are on by default). Each new page starts with the column names so a long printed table stays readable.
What happens if my table has too many columns?
With orientation set to Auto, the tool switches to landscape when the columns do not fit in portrait. If they still do not fit, columns are narrowed and long text wraps onto several lines. You can also lower the font size, use narrow margins or pick a larger page such as A3 or Legal.
My CSV uses semicolons instead of commas. Will it work?
Yes. Auto-detect looks at the first lines and picks comma, semicolon, tab or pipe, which covers files exported by Excel in most European locales. You can also set the delimiter manually.
Are special characters and accents supported?
Latin letters with accents (é, ñ, ü, ø and similar), the euro sign and common punctuation are supported by the built-in PDF fonts. Characters outside that set, such as Chinese, Arabic, Cyrillic or emoji, are replaced with a question mark and the tool tells you how many were replaced.
Is there a size limit?
There is no fixed limit. Tables with tens of thousands of rows work, although very large files take a few seconds to lay out and produce PDFs with hundreds of pages.
Is my CSV data uploaded?
No. The CSV is parsed and the PDF is built entirely in your browser with JavaScript, so your data never leaves your device.
