Turn a multi-page PDF into one continuous, scrollable image. Every page is stacked top to bottom at the same width, so a menu, receipt, article or slide deck can be shared as a single PNG or JPG in chat apps, on social media or on a website. Your PDF never leaves your device.

Your pages will appear here as one continuous image, ready to share in chat apps, on social media or in a web page.

How to use the PDF to Long Image
Open your PDF by dropping it on the box or clicking to choose it.
Set the width of the final image, for example 1080 px for phones or 1600 px for sharper text.
Choose pages, gap and gap color. Leave Pages empty to include every page.
Pick PNG or JPG and press Create long image.
Check the preview, then download the image or copy it to the clipboard.
Choosing the right width
The width you pick sets the resolution of every page. Height follows automatically from each page's shape: an A4 or Letter page is about 1.3–1.4 times taller than it is wide.

Height of one A4 page
Equivalent print resolution
Best for
800 px
≈ 1,131 px
≈ 97 dpi
Quick previews, small file size
1080 px
≈ 1,527 px

1600 px
≈ 2,263 px
≈ 194 dpi
Readable small print when zoomed
2480 px

≈ 300 dpi

Equivalent resolution = width in pixels ÷ page width in inches (A4 is 8.27 in wide). Total image height = sum of all page heights + gaps between pages.
Browser limits for very long images
Images are built on an HTML canvas, and every browser caps canvas size. Chrome, Edge and Firefox allow about 32,000 pixels in each direction; Safari on iPhone and iPad allows about 16.7 million pixels in total. At 1080 px wide that is roughly 20 A4 pages on a computer and about 10 on an iPhone. The tool checks this before rendering and narrows the image if needed, so you never get a blank or broken file. For long documents, convert in parts using the Pages box (for example 1-15, then 16-30).
Ideas for long images
Share a restaurant menu, event program or newsletter as a single image in a messaging app.
Post a short document or slide deck as a scrollable image on social media.
Embed a document on a website or in a README without a PDF viewer.
Open the PDF above, choose the width and gap you want and press Create long image. All pages are rendered at the same width and stacked from top to bottom into one PNG or JPG that you can download or copy.
Should I choose PNG or JPG?
PNG is lossless and keeps text perfectly crisp, which is best for documents, receipts and slides with few colors. JPG makes much smaller files when pages contain photos. For most text documents PNG at 1080–1600 px wide is a good choice.
Is there a maximum image size?
Browsers limit how large an image can be: about 32,000 pixels tall in Chrome, Edge and Firefox, and roughly 16.7 million pixels in total on iPhone and iPad. If your settings would exceed the limit, the width is reduced automatically and the tool tells you. For very long PDFs, convert a page range at a time.
What width should I use?
1080 px matches most phone screens and keeps files small. 1200–1600 px gives sharper text for zooming. A width of about 2480 px roughly equals printing an A4 page at 300 dpi.
Can I convert each page to a separate image instead?
Yes. Use PDF to JPG or PDF to PNG to save every page as its own image file.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. Pages are drawn by the PDF.js library inside your browser and the image is created on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.
