Add blank pages or pages taken from another PDF exactly where you need them: at the start, at the end, after any page, or after every few pages. A live page strip shows the final order before you download, and everything happens in your browser.

How to use the Insert Pages into PDF
Open your PDF by dropping it on the box or clicking Choose PDF.
Choose what to insert: blank pages (set how many and their size) or pages from another PDF (choose the file and type the pages, for example 2-4).
Choose where: at the beginning, at the end, after or before a page number, or after every N pages.
Press Add to document. The page strip updates so you can check the result, and you can add more insertions.
Press Insert pages & download PDF to save the new file.
Choosing where the pages go
All positions refer to the page numbers of your original document, so several insertions never shift each other. Here is what each option does with a 6-page PDF and one inserted page (★):
Position
Resulting order
At the beginning
★ 1 2 3 4 5 6
After page 2
1 2 ★ 3 4 5 6
Before page 2
1 ★ 2 3 4 5 6
At the end
1 2 3 4 5 6 ★
After every 2 pages
1 2 ★ 3 4 ★ 5 6
After every 2 pages + also after the last
1 2 ★ 3 4 ★ 5 6 ★
Practical uses
Note pages: insert a blank page after every slide or lecture page to write notes by hand.
Duplex printing fixes: add a blank page so a chapter or a new section starts on the front (odd) side of a sheet.
Missing or updated pages: drop a signed page, an appendix or a corrected page from another PDF into the right spot without re-creating the whole file.
Cover and separator sheets: put a cover page at the beginning or a divider between sections.
What happens to the file
The original pages are kept exactly as they are: text stays searchable, images keep their resolution, and links keep working. Pages copied from another PDF bring their own fonts and images along. Blank pages are empty pages with the size you chose; by default they copy the size and orientation of the page right before them (or the first page when inserted at the beginning).
To reorder or rotate pages after inserting, use Organize PDF. To join whole files end to end, Merge PDF is quicker, and Delete PDF Pages removes pages you no longer need.
Frequently asked questions
How do I insert a blank page into a PDF?
Open the PDF, keep Blank pages selected, set the number of pages and choose After page with the page number. Press Add to document and then Insert pages & download PDF. The blank page gets the same size as the page next to it unless you pick a fixed size.
How do I insert pages from another PDF?
Switch to Pages from another PDF, choose the second file and type which pages to take, for example 1-3, 5 or leave it as all. Choose the position and press Add to document. The pages are copied with their text, images and links intact.
Can I add a blank page after every page?
Yes. Choose After every and enter 1 to put a blank page after each page, which is handy for handwritten notes or for printing single-sided content on a double-sided printer. Enter 2, 4 or any other number to insert after every group of pages, and tick Also after the last page if needed.
Will the original pages lose quality?
No. The original pages are not re-rendered or compressed; the new pages are simply added to the existing document structure, so text stays selectable and images keep their original quality.
What page numbers do the positions use?
Positions always refer to the page numbers of your original PDF, even after other insertions. If you add something after page 3 and something else after page 5, both land exactly next to those original pages.
Is there a page or file size limit?
There is no fixed limit. Everything runs in your browser's memory, so files of a few hundred megabytes work on most computers; very large documents may be slow on phones.
Can I insert pages into a password-protected PDF?
Encrypted PDFs cannot be modified here. Open the file with its password in a PDF app, save an unprotected copy and use that copy instead.
