Turn WEBP images, such as pictures saved from websites, into a clean PDF you can print, email or upload. Add many at once, drag them into order, choose the page size, margins and how many images go on each page, then download. Everything runs in your browser, so your images are never uploaded.

How to use the WEBP to PDF Converter
Add your WEBP images by dropping them on the box or clicking to choose them. You can add more at any time.
Arrange the pages by dragging the cards, with the ‹ › buttons or Sort A–Z, and rotate any sideways image.
Pick a page size and layout: one image per page, or several per page for a printable sheet.
Choose the quality. Lossless keeps every pixel; Balanced makes a much smaller file that still prints sharply.
Press Convert to PDF to download one PDF, or choose One PDF per file to get a ZIP.
What is WEBP, and why convert it to PDF?
WEBP is an image format created by Google in 2010. It supports lossy compression (based on the VP8 video codec), lossless compression, transparency and animation, and typically makes files 25–35% smaller than JPEG or PNG at similar quality. That is why many websites now serve their pictures as .webp, and why images you save from the web often end up in this format.
The catch is that WEBP is a web format: forms, printers, document archives and many email recipients expect a PDF. A PDF also keeps several images together in a fixed order with a fixed page size, which is exactly what you need for handouts, receipts, portfolios or school work.

Actual size places each image at 96 pixels per inch, the standard CSS pixel size, so a 960-pixel-wide image is 10 inches (254 mm) wide on the page. Images larger than the page are scaled down to fit.
Tips
Sort by name to keep numbered files (img-01, img-02…) in order; numbers are compared naturally, so 2 comes before 10.
Choose One PDF per file to convert a batch into separate PDFs; they are downloaded together as a ZIP.
Add the WEBP file above, choose a page size such as A4 or Letter (or Same as image for a borderless page) and press Convert to PDF. The PDF is created in your browser and downloads straight away.
Can I combine several WEBP images into one PDF?
Yes. Add as many images as you like, drag them into the order you want and press Convert to PDF. Each image becomes a page, or you can place 2, 4, 6 or 9 images on each page.
Does it keep the transparency of my WEBP images?
Choose Lossless and transparent areas stay transparent in the PDF (they show the white page behind them). The JPEG-based quality options place the image on a white background because JPEG has no transparency.
Will the images lose quality?
Lossless stores the exact pixels with lossless Flate compression. High stores full-resolution JPEG at 92% quality, Balanced limits the long side to 2400 pixels (about 200 dpi on a full A4 page) and Small file to 1600 pixels for email and upload forms.
What about animated WEBP files?
A PDF page cannot play animation, so the first frame of an animated WEBP is used.
Why is my WEBP file rejected?
The file may be damaged, may not really be a WEBP image, or may use a feature your browser cannot decode. All current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari (14 and later) decode WEBP.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. Decoding and PDF creation happen entirely in your browser, so your images never leave your device.
