Browse more than 230 pieces of text art made from ordinary Unicode characters: tiny one-line animals and hearts, faces, food, sparkly dividers and bigger multi-line drawings. Click any piece to copy it, then paste it into chats, bios, comments or notes.

Recently used art is saved only in this browser. A few pieces use rare Unicode marks; if one shows boxes, your font lacks that character but it still pastes correctly.

How to use the Copy and Paste Text Art
Pick a group such as Animals, Hearts or Multi-line art, or type a word like cat, star or divider in the search box.
Click a piece. It is copied to your clipboard and shown in the preview.
Choose a spacing option if you are posting multi-line art: a code block for Discord and Reddit, or locked spaces for bios that trim spaces.
Paste it with Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac, long-press on phones) into a chat, comment, bio, document or note.
Find it again under Recently used next time you visit.

Tip
Discord, Reddit, GitHub
One-line or multi-line
Put multi-line art inside a code block (three backticks) so it stays aligned. Backslashes and underscores in one-liners may need escaping.
Instagram, TikTok, X bios
One-line art and dividers
Bios are short and use proportional fonts, so pick compact pieces like ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ or ‧₊˚✧ dividers.
Text messages and WhatsApp
One-line art
Line breaks work, but alignment depends on the font; short pieces are safest.
Notes apps, code editors, terminals
Multi-line art
Monospace fonts keep every column straight, exactly as in the preview.
Usernames and game names
Small symbols
Many games restrict characters; ♡ ★ ✿ are accepted more often than combining marks.
One-line vs multi-line art
One-line art fits in a single row of text, so it can sit inside a sentence, a name or a caption. It relies on clever character choices: ᴥ makes a snout, ﻌ a cat mouth, ><(((º> a fish swimming left to right. These pieces survive almost any app.
Multi-line art stacks several rows into a small drawing. It looks best where every character has the same width (a monospace font). In apps with proportional fonts, spaces are narrower than letters and lines drift out of place, which is why code blocks are the standard fix on chat platforms.
Tips for making your own
Start from a face: pick brackets for the head ( ), ʕ ʔ or ૮ ა, then eyes (•, ◕, ᵔ, ^) and a mouth (ᴥ, ω, ‿, ﻌ).
Add arms or props on the outside: っ for hugging hands, ノ for a waving arm, ♡ or ✿ as something held.
For multi-line drawings, sketch in a monospace editor and use / \ | _ for outlines; count characters so both sides match.
Check your art in the app where you will post it: a preview in a code editor can look different from a phone chat.
Frequently asked questions
What is text art?
Text art is a picture made from ordinary text characters instead of an image file. Simple ASCII art uses only keyboard characters like / \ _ ( ), while Unicode text art also uses symbols from other scripts and symbol blocks, such as ♡, ᴥ, ツ or ✿, to draw animals, faces and decorations.
How do I copy and paste text art?
Click the piece you like and it is copied to your clipboard. Then paste it with Ctrl+V on Windows, Cmd+V on a Mac, or long-press and Paste on a phone. Because text art is plain text, it works in messages, comments, usernames, bios and documents.
Why does multi-line text art look crooked after I paste it?
Multi-line art is drawn on a grid where every character has the same width. Most chat apps use proportional fonts where letters have different widths, and some trim leading spaces. Paste it inside a code block (```) on Discord, Reddit or GitHub, or into a monospace font, to keep the lines aligned.
What does the “lock spaces” option do?
Some social apps remove spaces at the start of a line or collapse double spaces, which breaks the shape of the art. The option replaces those spaces with the blank braille pattern character U+2800, which looks empty but is not treated as a space, so the layout survives.
Why do some symbols show as boxes?
A box or question mark means the font on your device does not include that character. The character is still copied correctly and usually displays on other devices and apps. Pieces that use only common symbols, like ♡ ✿ ★ and basic punctuation, display almost everywhere.
Can I use this text art anywhere?
Yes. The art on this page is original or made of short, common symbol combinations, and you are free to paste it into your messages, profiles, posts and projects. Keep in mind that very long art may exceed character limits, such as 500 characters in many chat apps.
Is anything I copy stored or uploaded?
No. The library is built into the page and copying happens in your browser. Only the list of recently used pieces is saved, in your browser's local storage on this device.
