Never miss a due date again. List your bills once with the due day, amount and how often they come, then tick each one off as you pay it across 12 months. Print a one-page year-at-a-glance tracker or a page for every month with actual due dates, totals and space for confirmation numbers.
A dash means the bill is not due that month. Ticks are saved in this browser and can be printed on the PDF.

How to use the Monthly Bill Payment Checklist
Pick the year and first month. The tracker always covers 12 months from that point.
Enter each bill with its due day, usual amount and how often it is due. For quarterly or yearly bills, choose the first month it is due.
Tick bills as you pay them in the grid. The paid count and totals update instantly and are saved on this device.
Choose a PDF layout: one landscape page for the whole year, a page for every month, or both.
Download or print the PDF and keep it on the fridge or in your budget binder; turn on 'Print my ticks' to include bills already paid.
How to use a bill checklist to avoid late fees
Late fees usually come from bills that are forgotten, not from bills that cannot be paid. A checklist fixes that by putting every due date in one place. Fill it in once at the start of the year, then spend two minutes each week ticking off what has been paid and checking what is coming up.
Gather a full list. Go through two or three months of bank and card statements to catch every recurring charge, including small subscriptions.
Note irregular bills. Insurance premiums, property taxes, water bills and annual memberships are easy to forget because they do not come every month. Set their frequency and first due month.
Set aside the monthly average. The average shown under the bill list includes irregular bills spread over the year, so saving that amount each month covers the expensive months.
Pay early when you can. Paying a few days before the due date allows for weekends and processing time, which the weekday shown on the monthly pages helps you plan.

Frequently asked questions
What is a bill payment checklist?
It is a list of every recurring bill with its due date and amount, plus a box to tick when each one is paid. Seeing all bills in one place makes it easy to spot what is still due this month and avoid late fees.
How does the tracker handle quarterly or yearly bills?
Choose how often the bill is due and the first month it falls due. The tool repeats it every 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months from that month, so a car insurance premium due every six months starting in March appears in March and September only. Other months show a dash.
What happens if a bill is due on the 31st?
In months with fewer days, the monthly pages show the last day of the month instead, for example February 28 (or 29 in a leap year) or April 30.
Are my ticks and bills saved?
Yes, in your browser's local storage on this device, so the list and ticks are still there when you come back. Nothing is sent to a server. Clearing your browser data, or using a different device or browser, starts fresh, so download the CSV if you want a backup.
Should I include bills on autopay?
Yes. Marking them as autopay reminds you they will be taken automatically, but it is still worth checking each month that the payment went through and the amount was what you expected.
How are the totals calculated?
Each month's total is the sum of the bills due that month. The 12-month total adds every bill each time it falls due, and the monthly average is that total divided by 12, which is a useful figure for budgeting irregular bills.
Can I print a blank tracker?
Yes. Turn off 'Print my ticks' to get empty check boxes, or clear the amounts you do not know yet and fill them in by hand.
