Create a set of monthly milestone cards for your baby's photos: choose a theme and colors, add your baby's name and a note for each month (first smile, rolling over, first tooth), then print them all from one PDF. Or switch to Photo overlay to add the milestone right onto your monthly pictures.

Pick a theme and colors, then type your baby's name. Edit the line above the number if you like (for example "Today {name} is").
Choose the months: 1 to 12 is the default; you can add a Newborn card or go up to 24 months.
Add a note for each month using the arrows to move between cards, or tap an idea such as First smile.
Choose the card size and paper, then Download the PDF and print at 100% scale, or save single PNGs or a ZIP of all cards.
For photo overlays, open the Photo overlay tab, choose a photo for each month, pick a shape and overlay style, and download the PNG.

Milestone note ideas
Babies develop at their own pace, so use notes to record what your baby actually did that month rather than what is "expected". A few ideas parents often note:
Firsts: first smile, first laugh, first bath they enjoyed, first trip to the park, first tooth, first word.
Movement: holding the head up, rolling over, sitting up, crawling, pulling up to stand, first steps.
Favorites: a favorite toy, song, book or food that month.
Stats: weight or length from a checkup, written in the footer or the note.
These cards are a keepsake, not a development checklist. If you have questions about your baby's growth or development, ask your pediatrician or health visitor.
Tips for great monthly photos
Keep the setup the same each month: same blanket, same spot by the window and the same time of day. The changes in your baby then stand out.
Use soft daylight from a window instead of the flash, and shoot from directly above or at your baby's eye level.
Add a size reference, such as the same stuffed toy every month, to show how much your baby has grown.
Safety first: photograph your baby on a flat, low surface, keep a hand within reach, and never leave cards, props or small items with a baby unattended.
Frequently asked questions
How do I use baby milestone cards?
Print the set and once a month, on or near your baby's month-day, place that month's card next to your baby (on a blanket, in the crib or in their lap) and take a photo. Over the first year you build a series that shows how much they have grown. Always stay next to your baby during the photo and remove the card afterwards.
What size should milestone cards be?
5 x 7 inches is the most popular size: large enough to read in a photo and easy to frame later. 4 x 6 inches fits standard photo frames and albums, 8 x 10 inches gives a big, bold card for wide shots, and the 3.75 inch square cards are handy as small props or for a scrapbook.
How do the cards fit on the page?
5 x 7 and 8 x 10 cards print one per page. 4 x 6 cards print two per page, turned sideways so they fit on both US Letter and A4, and 3.75 inch square cards print four per page. Dashed lines show where to cut. Print at 100% or Actual size so the sizes stay exact.
What paper should I print milestone cards on?
Use matte card stock around 80-110 lb cover (216-300 gsm). Matte paper avoids glare in photos and is stiff enough to stand against a pillow. Photo paper works too, but glossy finishes can reflect light into the camera.
Can I add the milestone to my photos instead of printing cards?
Yes. Open the Photo overlay tab, move to the month you want and choose a photo. The tool adds a banner, corner badge or big number with your baby's name and note, then you download a PNG. Each month keeps its own photo until you close the page, and nothing is uploaded.
Can I make cards past 12 months?
Yes. Set To month as high as 24. With the years option on, 12 and 24 months read 1 year and 2 years; months in between, such as 18 months, show as months.
Are my baby's photos uploaded anywhere?
No. Cards and photo overlays are drawn in your browser, and the PDF, PNG and ZIP files are made on your own device. Your photos and your baby's name are never sent to a server.
