How to use the Loyalty Punch Card Maker
Type your business name and offer, for example “Buy 9 drinks, get the 10th one FREE”, and the reward word for the last stamp.
Choose the number of stamps and a stamp icon that suits your business.
Add your logo (optional) and pick a color theme, font and header style.
Fill in the back with your address, hours or rules, or untick it for single-sided cards.
Download the PDF sheet and print it at 100% on card stock, double-sided if you added a back. Cut along the guides.
Or download the PNG files to upload to an online print service.
Stamp count, reward value and card size at a glance
A punch card reward is effectively a discount on the purchases needed to earn it. The value is reward cost ÷ total spend to earn it. For example, a free $5 drink after nine paid $5 drinks is $5 ÷ $45 ≈ 11% back.

Tips for loyalty cards customers actually use
Give a head start. Stamping the first space at the first visit makes people more likely to finish the card than starting at zero.
Keep the offer to one line. “Buy 9, get the 10th free” is easier to remember than a list of conditions; put rules on the back.
Add an expiry line. A “valid until” date limits long-term liability and nudges repeat visits.
Use thick stock. Cards printed on 80 lb cover or heavier survive wallets and repeated punching.
Check local rules. Some places regulate expiry dates or cash value of reward programs; note any conditions on the back.
Frequently asked questions
How do I print punch cards at home?
Download the PDF sheet and print it on heavy card stock (65 to 110 lb cover, about 175 to 300 gsm) with scaling set to 100% or Actual size. The page holds 10 cards with cut guides at the edges; cut with a paper trimmer for straight edges. Microperforated business card sheets with the standard 2 × 5 layout also line up with the US Letter PDF.
How do I print the back side correctly?
The back page is mirrored left to right so each back lands behind its front when you print double-sided and flip on the long edge. If your printer does not print duplex, print page 1, put the sheet back in the tray the right way up, and print page 2. Test on plain paper first and hold it to a light to check alignment.
How many stamps should a loyalty card have?
Eight to twelve is the most common range. Fewer stamps suit higher-priced visits like haircuts or car washes, while frequent low-price purchases like coffee often use 10. Price the reward so that it costs you a small share of what the customer spends to earn it, for example one free drink after nine paid ones is a 10% reward.
What is the standard size of a punch card?
Most punch cards are business-card size so they fit a wallet: 3.5 × 2 inches (88.9 × 50.8 mm) in the US and Canada, or 85 × 55 mm in much of Europe. This tool supports both.
What can I use to mark the cards?
A self-inking rubber stamp with your logo, a shaped hole punch (heart, star, cup) or a signed initial all work. The stamp spaces are light with a dashed outline so ink and punches stand out. A unique stamp or punch shape makes the cards harder to fake than a pen mark.
Is my logo uploaded anywhere?
No. The logo is read and drawn in your browser. If it is small enough it is saved in this browser's local storage with your other settings so you do not need to upload it again; use Remove logo to clear it.
