Tips for a professional catalog
Group related products together using the arrows, for example by collection or category, so each page tells a story.
Date your catalog in the footer note so buyers know which prices are current.
Keep the file light: a PDF of a few pages is easy to email; split very large ranges into several catalogs by collection.
Frequently asked questions
What is a line sheet?
A line sheet is a simple wholesale catalog that retail buyers use to place orders. Each product is shown with a photo, name, SKU or style number, wholesale price and suggested retail price (MSRP), plus order terms such as minimums, lead times and payment terms.
Is this catalog maker free?
Yes. There is no account, no watermark and no limit on products or pages. The catalog is built in your browser and your photos are never uploaded.
How many products fit on a page?
You choose: 2 to 5 products per row and 1 to 5 rows per page. Line sheets commonly use 2 × 3 or 3 × 3 on a portrait page; 4 or 5 per row works for small items or a quick overview, and 2 × 2 gives large photos for a lookbook-style catalog.
What photos work best?
Square or 4:5 product photos on a plain light background look most consistent. Use Fill (crop) for a tidy uniform grid, or Whole photo if parts of the product would be cut off. Photos are resized to 900 pixels, which prints sharply at catalog sizes.
Can I import my products from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Copy the columns name, SKU, price, retail price and description from Excel or Google Sheets and paste them into Import a list. Each line becomes a product; then click + Photo on each one to add its picture.
Will my catalog be saved?
Text and settings are saved automatically in this browser. Photos are saved too while they fit in the browser's storage; with many large photos, keep your PDF or reuse the original image files next time.
Can buyers click to order from the PDF?
The PDF is image-based for consistent printing, so it has no clickable links. Put your order email or website in the contact line or footer note so buyers know how to order.
